Thank you for shopping at Snowy’s Hair and Beauty Boutique. We’re committed to making sure you love your purchase from The Length Line. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at snowyshairandbeautyboutique@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll let you know if your item is eligible and send return instructions.
- Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
